NEW MEMBER
To enroll as a new member with Duo Healthcare, you need a MyWellSpan account. Visit the enrollment page to sign up. Members must be 18+ years of age and must be in Pennsylvania or Maryland when receiving care from Duo Healthcare. Once this is done you will be able to sign up for Duo Healthcare on the enrollment page.
Duo Healthcare is a service in development through WellSpan Health. The MyWellSpan portal allows for ease of access to your doctor. Through the portal, members can schedule appointments, message the doctor, review any test results, care plans etc.
You will need a smartphone, tablet or personal computer with a camera for an online video visit.
APPOINTMENTS
As a patient of Duo Healthcare, simply log into your Duo Healthcare account and click on “Schedule an Appointment.” Follow the instructions to make your video visit appointment.
As a patient of Duo Healthcare, simply log into your MyWellSpan account on the login page and follow the instructions to start your video visit appointment.
If you need an in-person exam, we can coordinate care with a WellSpan provider near you.
Normal operating hours are: Mon-Thu: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Fri: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Outside of normal operating hours, you can call the on-call provider, leave send a secure portal message, or submit an e-Visit questionnaire.
Secure messaging to your doctor is available via your MyWellSpan account.
Yes. Duo Healthcare is made up of a dedicated health care team that looks forward to getting to know you and helping you on your personal journey to get and stay healthy.
Duo Healthcare members receive the same high quality, personal care as an in-person office visit. Each member will have a personalized care plan. The doctors will regularly review your personalized plan and reach out to you to ensure any needed bloodwork and testing is ordered and to see if you have any questions about your health. You decide how you want to connect with Duo Healthcare, based on your needs. You can call, schedule a virtual visit, send a secure portal message or submit an e-Visit questionnaire. This proactive approach to care will allows our care teams and patients to work together to achieve the best outcomes.
The Duo Healthcare doctor will review each member’s medical record several times a year – no visit needed. The review will allow the doctor to identify and order any preventive service or disease-specific monitoring that is due and communicate results and care plans with you.
Duo Healthcare will coordinate in-person care, when needed.
